Limited Warranty and Return Policy

Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Prices Effective January 1, Thru December 31, 2009 All prices are in U.S. Dollars (FOB factory)

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notification.

Order procedure & terms of payment

All purchases should be accompanied by a formal purchase order.

Normal payment terms are:

Either: Full payment by cash, cashier’s check, money order, certified check, or irrevocable letter of credit.

Or:       Open account (net 30 days) with a pre-approved line of credit.

Cash-on-delivery orders cannot be accepted.    

  Payment Terms:

-          USA

-          Net 30 days, upon establishment of an account with our accounting department in advance. Freight may be invoiced separately. If an account cannot be established, the full amount will be due prior to shipment.

  Lead Times:

Lead time can be obtained at time of order placement from Statewide sales representative.

  Installations ( Washington and Oregon Only)

A factory trained Statewide installation technician is available to assist with installation and training. The technician will do the final inspection and train both the bakery and maintenance staff in the proper operation and care of the equipment at the factory. The cost of our technician is as follows:

  -          Western Washington is $375.00 per day, including travel time.

  -          Eastern Washington and Oregon $700.00 per day, including travel time.

  To make the most of the technician’s time on site, please have the equipment uncrated and set in place. Most installations require two to three days (one day is for travel). We ask that you give us three weeks notice before installation to make sure a technician is available.

  Price Protection:

The quoted prices are F.O.B.. These prices are firm for 30 days or until December 31, whichever comes first. Any order placed after that time will be subject to prices in effect at time of ordering. Note: When an order is placed towards the end of the pricing period, the order must be shipped and payment arranged within the normal manufacturing lead-time.

  Cancellations:

Once an order is entered into our system, the order is considered firm. Should a request for cancellation arise, a cancellation fee may apply.

  Certification:

Not all equipment sold by Statewide has certifications (UL, CSA, NSF or etc….).

  Warranty:

All quotes, terms and conditions are subject to Statewide’s standard warranty policy (see 2009, Warranty and Returns Policy).
